If the Uliza Quality Guarantee applies to your translation product selection, your work is covered by our Quality Guarantee for five (5) years.

After Uliza submits translations to the client, the client is entitled to submit Change Requests free of charge.

Change Requests may not include changes to the Scope of Work. Changes to the SOW will be treated as new translation requests.

The Client may submit Change Requests up to five (5) years after Uliza makes the initial submission to the client.

Change Requests are clear instructions from the Client identifying specific translations that should be reviewed and possibly changed.

If any fault is found in the accuracy of the translations and verified by Uliza's assessors in consultation with the client, Uliza will correct the fault without charge and within a reasonable timeframe.

If the query from the client relates to the tone of the translations Uliza will offer alternative phrasings to achieve the tone specified in the Scope of Work, on up to 10% of the submitted words.
